Hearing nothing about the fact that my loan would not be approved until three days before my scheduled closing was very unprofessional from this entire team.

The final underwriter experience was tedious and they required some proofs that were super inconvenient for me at the time. It worked out fine, it was just challenging with timelines and planning. The last hurdles were ridiculous.
