Here is the feedback I have: 1. I understand that documents have to be as current as possible but it seems that you waited too long to ask me for some of the information needed to get approved for the loan. I was asked to clarify some information through a questionnaire. I replied with all the answers but then I was asked for the same information making me think that the processor didnt even read my first email.
