Jim and his team were knowledgeable and communicative throughout the process. They moved quickly and provided guidance whenever I needed it. Jim is extremely responsive and his team made it an extremely easy process. This is not the first loan with Jim, and I would gladly work with him again. We had not been able to refinance our property for over six years. Our adjustable rate was increasing dramatically. Jim came through big time! We are now saving a $1,000 per month with his refinance. Jim's office was great to work with, especially Tracie. She walked us through every document and we did this while maintaining social distancing. Our highest recommendation. Thank you Jim.

Having someone as knowledgeable as Jim in your corner really helps with the process. He explained our options in detail while still making it easy for us to understand. He was a text and phone call away always no matter how mundane the question. For us as first time home buyers he was the best person. I’d recommend him to everyone.
