Jim was awesome and very helpful throughout the transaction. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and made the process much smoother. However, my communication with the Underwriter Assistant was not what I expected. There were opportunities for more timely and proactive communication.
This was a non arms-length transaction and everyone was aware of this but it came down to 48hrs before close that the underwriter noticed it and started requesting documents. Jim and Jennifer where awesome to deal with.
