Joe Bulla was my first contact when I got a V A loan. He was always there whenever I had a question and he made going thru the loan process easy. When I decided to take advantage of the program that yet me lower my interest rate I never considered calling anyone else but Joe and believe me I had many people trying to get me to use them.
