Joe was a fantastic communicator and was there to help us at every step along the way. He did a great job for us and we will highly recommend him
Overall experience was good. My only critical feedback would be to check accuracy of information before sending to the client for approval. We experienced several instances of incorrect information, i.e. address, zip code, value of property, etc. which had to be corrected a few times by the client.

Joe was the bomb- It takes a lot for me to feel at ease and trust when money is involved but Joe built rapport with me fast. I appreciate his support in setting up my loan and supportive text responses when I had questions along the way.
I thought the entire experience went smoothly and expeditiously with the document gathering with minimal need for phone call communication. The online application form was clear and straightforward and contributed significantly to completing the process so easily. Joe Cundiff was very responsive to our questions and was always on top of the process and kept things moving.
