Joe was extremely responsive and kind throughout the process of obtaining my mortgage loan. I am a 1099 employee and that can make obtaining a mortgage more challenging. I spoke to 3 other lenders that said "wait a year" or "get your debt down and I can help you". But, Joe made it happen. He was extremely communicative and patient and always explained everything to me as extensively or simply as I needed him too. I will not ever use another lender as long as Joe is around!!!
