We didn't work the whole time with Joe, but he did help us on a numerous amount of occasions. He and his brother Tim are a 'dynamic duo' when it comes to providing you with the best rates/loan possible. They will do whatever it takes to get you the best loan and they work around the clock to make it happen. Joe and his team will always be our first choice for our home financing needs! He assisted with our initial home purchase in 2010, and with two re-fi's since then. Each time, joe walked us through the process with great professionalism, and he is always willing to answer questions along the way. In my mind, there's no one better!

I can't say enough about Joe and his team. He took us through a tough mortgage app and got the deal done and he kept in touch as we worked towards refinancing some years later. The refi was super quick, easy. Joe and Gillian were always available to answer questions. Much that I'd like to meet them face to face we were able to do everything remotely without any impact to the quality of their service. I recommend them to anyone I come across who is shopping for financing.

We had a very unique situation with our purchase and financing. Joe stayed the course with us and was professional and upbeat even when curve balls were thrown at him. He persevered and obtained all the necessary documents, and we closed on schedule.

On a rare occation i spend time to creat a review for a service i have recieved, but in this case i have to make an exeption to express my appreciation for a provided service by Joe Lambardo. We have used Joe twice for the refinancing of our home. Both times the process has been exceptional because of the characteristics listed above.
