Joe was so helpful throughout our home buying process. He was always available and responded very quickly to provide all of the information that we needed whether it was reaching out with a text or call. Joe took the time to explain all documents for clarity and made sure we understood everything prior to execution or signing. We happened to be referred from our agent to work with the team at Cornerstone Home Lending. As first time home buyers we needed a crash course on everything. In an industry full of competition, with what seems to be a mortgage broker around every corner, Joe definitely stands out above the rest. As someone who has had a terrible experience going through this process before believe me when I say Joe and his team made it so easy and would recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing or refinancing.

This was our second loan with the Lombardo team and once again they did an outstanding job. Joey and his team were always quick to answer any questions we had along the way and process. When the time came to sign loan documents we were at the hospital for a family emergency and unable to make it to an escrow office to sign, the Lombardo team arranged for a notary to come to us at the hospital so we could still close on time!
