As a first time home buyer, the lending process can be daunting and at times confusing. Joe was super responsive and always available to answer the (many) questions I had. He explained every step of the home buying process in depth and made sure we fully understood everything. Joe was also able to get us an awesome rate, saving us a ton of money overall. You can tell he truly cares about helping his customers and most definitely goes above and beyond when it counts!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Joe on two separate occasions: a refinance and purchase of a new home. Joe was extremely knowledgeable about the home buying process and always made himself available to answer questions. I was able to find some competitive offers, but Joe worked hard to make sure I got the best deal. From start to finish, the entire mortgage process was seamless. Joe and the entire E-click lending team made my experience very enjoyable and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any future needs.

Joe was very helpful in navigating me through my first home purchase.
