The service writer John was very nice and polite when I brought my car in for an air bag warning light. He said the technician would check it out and John would let me know the status. He texted me the problem right away and proceeded with the repair.He then texted me my vehicle was ready and advised the repair was covered under my extended warranty. When I arrived I paid my deductible to a very pleasant lady cashier and they brought my car around
