Elaine is great. I truly appreciate the fact she listens to my concerns and addresses all the issues I have regarding my truck. She does this without making me feel silly or even dumb, since I have no knowledge about vehicles. Heck she does even laugh at the noises I use to describe an issue. Periodic service on my 2010 Ford Fusion Efficent, courteous, offered me an Uber ride home. Kept me up to date of the status of my 2010 Ford Fusion and told me when it would be ready and available for pick up. My service advisor, Rey, was nice, preofessional.
