Best new car buying experience I've ever had. This was an absolutely fantastic experience. After I walked out of one dealership due to getting the runaround and then having a truck sold out from under me by another dealer, I went to Joe Myers. The vehicle price was at fair market value. I purchased a certified used car. That said, the windshield was cracked (semi repaired) right in the drivers view, which was negotiated to be replaced upon purchase. The following day, while driving to the dealership for windshield repair, 2 tires showed low tire pressure on TPMS. I feel that if a true 172point inspection was performed, this would not have occurred, regardless of a 15 degree drop in temperature. Joe Snow at Joe Meyers Ford was wonderful I live in Austin and had been looking for a truck for a few weeks, but was frustrated with the service I was getting from several of the dealers hear. Joe Myers had their inventory online and had a good price on a truck that I found. I called Joe and told him it was important that there had never been a smoker and that I wanted to drive from Austin to look at it.
