Replacement of key fob, The dealership service was excellent. They met with me and I explained my problem. I went to the waiting room, which is always very clean and comfortable. The service was completed and I was on my way.

Go shop at Joe Myers!! We went to Joe Myers Ford after a few really bad, high pressure sales pitch experiences while shopping for a new Ford F-150. Best car experience ever! This is my 3rd car purchase from Joe Myers Ford, and each time my experience has gotten easier and better. My salesman, Cedric Dave, made it so convenient to make this purchase especially with my busy schedule. He did most of the work over the phone. In 24 hours, he was able to secure financing on the vehicle of my choice, and I took delivery the next day. I highly recommend them for their quality vehicles and customer service!

Over the top excellent service !!!! I give this dealership a five star and more. The service was above excellent. The facility was nice and clean. Friendly Professional Services Evening online inquiry about a truck. Juan immediately called and we worked out a time that night to come by to see the truck. Truck was ready when I arrived around 8:30. Did appraisal on my trade-in and made offer within about 20 minutes. Him and sales manager worked with me on my bed cover of the trade-in. accepted offer and while I was going through finance, Juan was cleaning out my trade in to transfer to new truck.
