Great experience After searching for a bit to find an F-150 that I liked, I started going to dealerships browsing in person. I was trading in an SUV and had a price that I needed for it to make it work. Not only did the folks at Joe Myer make it happen, I have never felt more comfortable during the process. Excellent Customer Service I purchase a used 2012 Ford Escape in December 2015 with Ralph Odigbo. I received a call from the service department for a service and check up and set up an appointment for Friday 7.7.17. The tech went over my vehicle and made several suggestions. Steve McCain - The Somehow Forgotten Sales Style Steve did an excellent job with the car buying process. 2017 Ford Expedition (red) Alex Morales was extremely helpful In selecting and providing the vehicle we purchased. The sale price of the vehicle was very fair and we got much more than we thought we could afford. We did not settle for "less". Alex Morales at Joe Myers Alex is fantastic. He took the time to walk through the inside and outside of the F250 and we learned a lot about the features. He then efficiently walked us through the pricing and responded favorably to our offers. We reached a price where I am comfortable and feel good about. He is a champ at his craft.
