Very Good Experience The entire shopping and buying experience was very pleasant. There was no pressure, our sales professional Ken Williams was helpful and attentive. I qualified for the X-plan through work and they actually beat the X-plan price by about $1,000. This is my first Ford product after several Toyotas and several GMs. I must say, I am impressed so far.
