Excellent service and very helpful staff. Decent waiting area. The service took longer than expected and hope the waiting area has an option to relax without a television

Overall, a great experience. Love my new CX90. The step up from the CX 9 to the CX90 is much bigger than a visual step. The feel is something that you must experience with a test drive

Brian in the service department is the absolute best. Complete professional. He is patient, kind and very helpful. I will be back and become a regular customer because of him. Coming to a service center for a woman can be somewhat intimidating because I automatically think I will be upsold and overcharged for things I do not need. That is not the case at Joe Myers Mazda. They are an honest group of service advisors who only charge you for what you need. They have gained my trust! 2

Service is mediocre and problematic Some repairs have been fine, but I've had several instances where I've had to repeatedly bring my car back to fix their repairs. Kudos that they were willing to check again, but the followup visits were for things that never should have been issues (like brakes squealing and vibrating after their brake work). Alex highly recommended, he is patient,kind and works with you, and guides to finding the right car! Also Camilo was great, kind and explains all finance process in detailed! No issues with them at the moment and first time buying KIA!
