I do not have enough great words to say. As a first-time homebuyer with no family background in homeownership, I was honestly nervous going into this. But not one time did I feel overwhelmed. Joe was patient, kind, and took the time to explain every step in a way I could truly understand. He answered all my questions and gave me great advice and options along the way.
