Just got done refinancing, super easy. I didn’t even have to leave the house. Joe stopped by the house to pick up some tax stuff and the notary came by so I could sign the doc’s. They worked around MY busy schedule and it was awesome! Joe pays a lot of attention to his industry and recommended a refinance. The timing with my loan and the market was ideal .. and man he was right. He took the time to play with the numbers to see what best suited me and my budget. Joe is a consummate professional in very sense of the word. From the initial application to close of escrow, his communication and follow-up were outstanding. Joe was available on weekends and evenings to assist me and answer any questions. I felt very comfortable through out the entire loan process due to Joe's open communication and availability.
