Just got done refinancing, super easy. I didn’t even have to leave the house. Joe stopped by the house to pick up some tax stuff and the notary came by so I could sign the doc’s. They worked around MY busy schedule and it was awesome! Joe pays a lot of attention to his industry and recommended a refinance. Joe is a consummate professional in very sense of the word. From the initial application to close of escrow, his communication and follow-up were outstanding. Joe was available on weekends and evenings to assist me and answer any questions. I felt very comfortable through out the entire loan process due to Joe's open communication and availability.
