Luna greeting us, she was super nice! They gave us a complementary sparkling wine at the entrance. We loved this place, the food was amazing! The team is really nice. Chanel was a great server!

This was my second time at JOEY Aventura. The first time was great, but my most recent visit had room for improvement. The quality of the food is not the issue - however, it seems that service is lacking. While our waitress was nice, there were multiple instances of deliberate upselling without telling us, leaving us feeling “tricked.” For example, we asked for water and she said flat or sparkling (omitting the option for tap aka the free option). Julian was very attentive and made our experience very enjoyable. The food was great although one of the guests did not like what she ordered, it still didn’t deter from a very good experience. She decided not to ask for a replacement, FYI. Will definitely come back, as I have before.

I visited Joey's in Aventura this past Sunday for the second time with my sister, and overall, it was another enjoyable dining experience—with a few mixed feelings regarding an incident. Rachel, our server for lunch made our experience wonderful, along with the rest of the team at Joey. From the Prosecco and warm greeting by the hostess, to the way the manager handled a small hiccup with one of the dishes, was top drawer.
Allow me to introduce you to the exquisite hibachi wings. Their delectable taste is accompanied by a serene and tranquil atmosphere. The ambiance is enhanced by dim lighting, creating an intimate and enjoyable dining experience.
