It was our server, Amber, first day at Joey Chinook, and she did an incredible job. Very attentive, ensured our food came out correctly, and made sure our drinks were topped off. The entire staff was great, informing us promptly when something was not available and suggesting an alternative to original options. Which is always a great show of customer service.

The servers were prompt and attentive but it just really took ages before we got our main entrees. Like we’ve eaten up our appetizer, our drinks were consumed, and yet our steak orders weren’t served yet.

We have stopped going to restaurants because the music is often played so excessively loud it is not enjoyable for dining or conversation. I had asked to be seated in an area that was not loud and the host is was able to do that. Overall, the music was kept to a reasonable level.
