Francarlo introduced himself and suggested a couple appies and was personable and made my table if 5 feel welcomed and asked for feedback. Great drinks and great gyoza!

Absolutely loved today’s experience. Was there about a month ago & didn’t have the best experience & really debated coming back…but glad I/we did. The brownies were a nice touch - something that also didn’t happen last month. Might’ve made my last experience better. Our server, Taya, deserves all the kudos handed out. Considering she’s only been there a couple of days, I hope she stays. Next time I make a reservation, I’ll be asking for her. She would’ve made my last month’s outing a whole lot better!

Food and service excellent. Booking advised. Like many restaurants, it's quite noisy, but otherwise very enjoyable.
Stella was an excellent server. It was a business and birthday luncheon and she made it special for us all.
The servers were prompt and attentive but it just really took ages before we got our main entrees. Like we’ve eaten up our appetizer, our drinks were consumed, and yet our steak orders weren’t served yet.
It was our server, Amber, first day at Joey Chinook, and she did an incredible job. Very attentive, ensured our food came out correctly, and made sure our drinks were topped off. The entire staff was great, informing us promptly when something was not available and suggesting an alternative to original options. Which is always a great show of customer service.
We have stopped going to restaurants because the music is often played so excessively loud it is not enjoyable for dining or conversation. I had asked to be seated in an area that was not loud and the host is was able to do that. Overall, the music was kept to a reasonable level.
