I had the sirloin steak. I like my steaks cooked well done. The chefs did such a great job cooking it. It was still tender and juicy and cooked all the way through. Very few chefs can accomplish this it seems, mostly the steak is dry and tough, or they send it out not cooked and it needs to go back on the grill. So so good when chefs can get this right! Excellent!
