I may have come on an off night. Butter chicken tasted like it had ketchup sauce. Waitress didn't really check up on us til 15min after our food came. Not too impressed. I would have sent it back but really didn't have the opportunity.
Ordered the Classic Steak rare. Worst steak ever. It was like chewing rubber, literally !! I left most of it in my plate. Told the waiter, he said he would mention the the Chef but still charged me full price. So AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST if you plan to go there for a steak. There are much better steak house near Joey Chinook.
The food was terrible. First time I’ve hated it. My husband felt the same and I think our other three guests were just being nice.
It is the understandable that service was slow however food was cold when came out, I got the wrong side, and had an allergic reaction after even though was clear what my allergies are.

It started off well, but our server cashed out at 4:45, and after that, someone came and took all our glasses, even if they weren’t completely empty. Finally, at 6:30, we managed to get another server’s attention, who took one drink order but then ignored us again. At 7:30, we called her over, settled the bill, and decided to leave.
My food was really disappointing. The slaw in my sandwich was so bad I had to remove it and the chicken was dry and tasteless. My side salad was mainly cabbage and not enjoyable to eat. The server was very sweet, noise levels were crazy high and food was not good for the price.
The food was great as always but the music was so loud in the lounge you had to yell at the persons you were dining with.
