Great atmosphere, delicious food and excellent service! The staff were super friendly and happily accommodated our early arrival. Definitely worth a visit!
To be fair, I am amended to this review because the manager took the time to call me and apologize for the experience. It took too long until the waiter took our order, and we had to wait a long time for the food to arrive. When it did, the steak was over cooked so we had to send it back. The manager was very nice and polite , he apologized and tried to speed up the process.
My wife and I have been dining at Joey's on Don Mills for many years, usually once or twice a month. We continue to return because of the consistently excellent food, friendly atmosphere, and professional service. While service can occasionally be a little slower than usual, we understand that staffing challenges can happen and have never let that affect our overall enjoyment of the restaurant.
