Celebrated my mom’s birthday today and they went above and beyond! From the greeting at the start by Larry the security guard, we were welcomed with champagne at the front door. Dustin provided exceptional service from start to finish and my mom couldn’t stop talking about how cheery and adorable he was! Shoutout to Clayton Ashlen and Marcus, the managers who came by and surprised my mom with a little dessert. JoeyDTLA was amazing!
