Way overpriced mediocre food. Service could’ve been better. Great ambience, but the noise level was too loud to have a conversation. 
Celebrated two friends birthday at Joeys in DTLA and we all had a blast! Gabby was super attentive and my friends got a complimentary dessert. In addition, they received signed birthday cards from the staff which was a lovely surprise!
Customer service and overall experience is amazing. Never disappoints!

Very nice restaurant. Ms Johnson very nice manager. Although both times our steak wasn’t cooked to proper temperature they accommodated us.

I have no idea how this diner, and diner it is, received high marks. Despite having reservations, we were seated nearly a half hour late. When we were seated, we were placed at an unprepared table, with no utensils or the candle the other tables had. Next to us in the corner was the employee rest table, where a staff member was literally taking a nap. Our server, Sarah, was kind enough but not real attentive, engaging or energetic.
