It is always loud with voices reverberating in the space ... with the windows open to Dundas it is over the top. If I come back will request a different section. Coffee was brought hot but we had to wait for milk and sweetner and never got spoons - rookie miss. Portions sizes seem to be shrinking. Food is very expensive these days and you can only control that so much ... you can't afford to miss on the service
Everything is great for our experience in the restaurant.
I think it is a sign of a good restaurant that when something goes slightly off they cannot do enough to put it right. So when my steak was over cooked they rushed to solve the problem and addressed the issue on the bill. The staff were great and friendly throughout and genuinely engaged with us and why we were there. So if you judge someone when things don't go quite to plan they are 5 star in sorting it out.
