This was a difficult review to write for a pair of Joey's fans, since the service was as great as usual, as was the atmosphere, so what we would expect at Joey's. In contrast, the food was not up to normal Joey's standards. The main problem (to keep the review short) was the lettuce for the chicken wraps stuck together so then broke up and so we could not make wraps (the intended purpose). Excellent food $ service. Really enjoyed our lunch experience.
We visited during happy hour and had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious and perfect for sharing. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly, and offered excellent recommendations that did not disappoint. We tried the gyozas, hummus, truffle fries, sushi cones, and donuts, and I would highly recommend every one of them. We'll definitely be back!
I've been to Joeys several times, but yesterday we had a very poor service. Food was great as always.
