It was our first time going to Joey, we really enjoyed it. Our server was excellent! She was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and honest when we asked her questions about the menu.

After some issues with our booking getting seated about 30 minutes late, the food and service was very good. Our server on December 21st was Kat and she was excellent and very attentive. We did explain to the manager our issues with our reservation time being honoured and the manager Serena went above and beyond to rectify the situation, inviting us back at a future date (which we did) with some complimentary food and drinks. Delicious food and good drinks. Overall, great value for the food and outstanding customer service. It can get cold if you sit by the windows/entrance, so make sure to wear something warm (in the winter). It can also get too loud for conversations.

Absolutely loved it! Would 100% recommend. The food was amazing, the waiting staff were helpful and welcoming and the overall vibe and look of the place was warm and inviting. Nothing bad to say :)

We were there in time for happy hour so our order was just a wee bit less. Our server, Deana make a couple of recommendations for us and was right on top of everything. Great food and even better service.

The food was good, although a little bit overpriced for a regular hamburger. The ambiance was very loud, which is great if you're coming for that, but if you are coming for a regular dinner it is really hard to hear one another. Service was obviously busy, but not the friendliest.
