I really enjoy Joyes and I go regularly. Had booked for the dining side on my reservation but when we got there ( on time ) there were no tables available so we had to sit on the lounge side on hightop chairs which is fine but our light on top of us flickered the whole time . Overall tho was great and good food as always 🙂

Stopped in for lunch with our grandson. All 3 of us enjoyed the meals we chose. Our server, Josh, was excellent.

They were doing a little competition so service was so much better than my previous visit but service is Italy pretty good always! The sushi rolls came very quickly and I feel like there were more than usual and they were plated beautifully- more elevated than usual but we very much enjoyed that. Our drinks, Joey martinis were perfectly crafted and the blue cheese in the olives was the freshest we had ever had at Joey restaurants. 10/10. Apps and mains were very good. The one complaint around the table was the plate and veg was cool, meat warm, and crunchy potatoes were hot so we realize the were waiting on those. I know some people don’t like the incomplete plate. I personally would have preferred the potatoes come separate and have a hot plate. We never told out waiter so he was completely unaware. If fact we had very good service , post meal he was a little difficult to find for the bill but it was a rushed time.

This is third time I have been disappointed with the service. Food had clearly been kept under warming lights for a long while before being taken to our table. The ambiance is really good but the service is not up to the level it should be at this type of restaurant.

Great variety of appetizers - favorites at our table were the crab dip, Korean cauliflower bites, the lettuce wraps and pork gyoza dumplings.
