Joey reached out after I had put out some inquires for rates. I missed his first call and already had something in place by the time we spoke. He took his own time to look over the other quote to check for any issues or surprises, and to reassure me of some other concerns. He did not need to take his time to do that. So although we did not go with Omaha, I would highly recommend him as very knowledgable, helpful and kind.
