Asked for a sangria w/ no ice. Got a tall glass full of ice. Emptied ice, glass was 1/2 full of sangria. Had multiple servers for group of 8??. All looked identical but very friendly. Would prefer if they asked if they could remove items from tables before doing so. Food was ok. Restaurant is similar to Moxie's/Milestones/etc. Rideau location is nice, clean, busy. Would prefer more round tables for groups.
