We love this restaurant for many reasons but i must say that unfortunately the service fails each time. Our server checked on us once after receiving our meals, we finally asked for refills and never received them. I had to find the manager for assistance to request our check to pay. Joey Woodland Hills is the first of the three and flagship location in Southern California. As such, their service, quality of food, and ambiance is unmatched elsewhere. Easily one of the best, if not the best, in the valley. Be sure to get your glass of champagne at entry, while they last. 🥂
Server knowledge of the food for gluten free items and insisting there were gluten free when not was troublesome. Missing items and over charging for veggie lots of mis communication
I have been going there since it opened. I moved convent been in a few years. They took good things off the menu and what I got was not that good. My guests plates didn’t look all that good and having the most expensive things in the menu coming out looking so so. It was not impressive. Will go someplace else next time.
