Went for Mother's Day dinner. Staff was very kind and accommodating (we were late for our reservation due to traffic). We had a great time. Mom in law was very happy (it was her first time there). Our only complaint was that our server wasn't as attentive as we would have liked. All of our drinks didn't arrive at the same time and he disappeared for long while before taking our food order and fulfilling simple requests.
I have eaten at Joey’s several times and my experiences have been very good. However last night I felt it was off. The server took our order - did not repeat it. I ordered the Katsu Chicken Salad - I didn’t notice right away there was no chicken. When the server returned I mentioned it. The response was “I must have entered the incorrect key”. Nothing to rectify the situation. We paid the check and left.
