Went to Joey for the Happy Hour and, unfortunately, was not very impressed with the food. For a Happy Hour, the value was not great and the food was mediocre. We sat on the patio as requested but inside is much nicer and would have been more comfortable. We ordered 2 servings of the Lettuce Wraps with Chicken and there wasn't much chicken. The Fish Taco Plate was good but $23 for 2 tacos was steep.
We had a great second visit, at the invitation of the manager btw,very responsive to our first visit and gracious response for another opportunity to show off their restaurant. Service was timely and friendly without being obtrusive, felt like a valued customer. Food is never an issue here, always some of the best selection and execution and tasted wonderful. It is a great place --food, service -- NOISE LEVEL "HIGH! Difficult having conversation with my guests " that's because everyone is having a good time." I'll be back again.
