Dr. Allred is great he really listens to your concerns and takes the time to explain things. He is very knowledgeable and kind.

We had a horrible experience with Dr. Allred. He refused to be our child’s pediatrician because in his words “she is too complicated”. Our daughter has Turner syndrome. She doesn’t have anything too complicated but she does see some specialists at Primary Children’s to make sure she is staying healthy. To be told by a pediatrician he won’t be our child’s doctor because she’s a little different is disheartening. A doctor should be there to take care of your child’s needs. Everytime I've been to the clinic the Drs have been helpful if I have a sibling there with the same symptoms to check over them and consider it a second visit but not make me leave and come back another time or go sit in waiting room for urgent Care to get called back in to check the second child. Everytime I've been there with Dr Allred I have left feeling like I should request not to see him again he just seems very to the book and not so much caring.

They don't really care about you. I won't go into details here, to protect my kid's privacy, but following the doctor's treatment plan was very challenging, especially with illnesses in the house. It caused us to run behind and arrive at our appointment 6 minutes late. They told us to reschedule for another day, even though we made many sacrifices to be there at all, because the doctor told us that we absolutely had to be there on that specific day. Dr. Is condescending, too.
