I didn't know my shape used to be this bad until I requested the pre-op pics. Dr. Burns is a miracle worker! The new scar around the areola could be mistaken with normal skin. It keeps getting better every day. The armpit lipo performed also helped improve the overall look. My right breast barely had any volume in the lower pole, it was pretty much just the nipple pointing downward. Not anymore!

Had an implant removal and lift and couldn’t be happier. Dr. Burns did an amazing job, highly recommend. Exactly the outcome I was hoping for and the results were perfect. His staff is also exceptional and makes you feel very comfortable throughout the entire process.

I think Dr. Burns and his staff are great. Breast explant is a very scary journey of many unknowns. I never expected perfection but he got pretty darn close! After explant with fat transfer to my breast I was able to feel so cute with my natural small but beautifully shaped breast. I did have 3 very small areas that needed some touching up and a quick 10 minute in office visit and I’m good as new. From consultation to my first post-op appointment, my experience has been great. Dr. Burns is super nice and made me feel super comfortable. Lanie is AMAZING. Surgery was around August 13 2020. These after photos are 2 months after 10-13-20. I wanted to only take the hump out and lift the nose. Dr burns agreed the tip was fine. He listened to my wishes and really is a kind doctor. I really have a LOT of work I want to do on my whole body after giving birth so many times and suffering from miscarriages. I am one week post op and my decision to go with Dr. John Burns was the best for sure. I went with a "mommy makeover" and from the initial consultation he was so gracious to listen to concerns and gave his honest feedback. I can say that my 12 year old saline implants do not compare to my new gummy bear silicone implants. I am still swollen but I can already tell that I am going to love the look, feel and weight of these so much more.
