I have purchased several homes through the years and have worked with many mortgage brokers but I have to say that John Drennen was not only professional throughout the process, but right on top of everything. He answered emails with all my questions posed to him nearly immediately as though he was online with me! From our first conversation, John Made me feel comfortable and excited that my husband and I would have a chance to own a home. John is attentive and caring and wasted no time to get everything done to get us into our home! Five years ago John was and still is our mortgage guru. During the process he was always on top of everything and very responsive. John has passion, spunk, knowledge, wit, drive, and a fantastic family man. I call him my favorite mortgage guy even though he's the only one I've had. If John can't do it no one can!! Mr. Drennen managed two loans for me within the last 18 months. On both occasions,he presented himself in a very professional manner. When ever I contacted him by phone or email, his responses were always explained in a language that I could completely understand.
