Jack was very knowledgeable and helpful with financing and closing on my husband and I’s new home. He was available for phone calls and answered the questions we had about loans and the process of buying a new home. He made himself available on the weekends and weeknights which made it easier for my husband and I to go through the process of buying a home since we both work full time. When it came down to signing papers with the escrow officer, Jack was present as well to answer any questions we had which was nice.
Jack helped us with a time sensitive refi. His professionalism, knowledge, follow up and follow through were excellent. He was ahead of any possible issues and correcting along the way, informing us and making the process smooth and successful. I highly recommend Jack for all your mortgage needs.
