That's a true statement. I recently bought a duplex. The first time around, because of my own negligence, my credit score dropped just enough to where it all fell through, like 10 days before we were suppose to close. (I had failed to make one of my car payments for 3 months in a row, by mistake). So I was forced to play the waiting game while my score went up as I religiously payed my bills. Jack is efficient, quick, and offers good counsel on the options available for us in what we are wanting to do in our financial desires.
