We had a very complicated transaction involving a bank-owned foreclosure. What's more is that my Buyer was a first time home buyer! It was a challenging deal to say the least. John did an amazing job communicating with everyone involved including after hours and on weekends! He got it done! My Buyer was so appreciative of the efforts made by John. Great job!
