John worked through many hoops to get us the best rate for a VA IRRL and to allow us to handle paying our own RE taxes and insurance. We appreciate all of his skills and guidance in providing us up to date information on the entire loan process. I would use John and any organization that he is part of to re-finance if the opportunity is better than what we have now.
