The staff is very efficient and friendly, Tina is wonderful, my appointment started on time. Dr. H always takes whatever time is necessary to answer all of my questions and concerns.
I’ve been Dr. Hemmersmeier’s patient for many years and couldn’t ask for a better family doctor. He’s knowledgeable, thorough, and really listens. When I had concerns or ideas about treatment, he’d talk them through until we agreed on a clear plan.He was excellent at coordinating specialist care for skin cancer, spinal surgery, and heart issues offering clear advice, handling referrals, and following up to make sure nothing fell through the cracks. Dr. Hemmersmeier has been my doctor for 14 years. He has taken wonderful care of me and I trust him completely. He always has a smile and always does what is right for me. I’m a retired RN, but he’s the best doctor I’ve ever had.

I've been seeing Dr Hemmersmeier for over 15 years, but in a recent routine physical exam, Dr Hemmersmeier found a very small lump in my breast. He sent me for a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound, yet the results came back negative. Dr Hemmersmeier then ordered an MRI, which led to a biopsy that showed cancer. It's an aggressive form, yet Dr Hemmersmeier caught it so early and was persistent with followup testing.
