BEWARE! Did not finish the job, installed windows and sliders NOT to code. Did not pass city inspection. Windows leaked from the moment they installed in Jan 2024, failed inspection Feb 2024 DID NOT correct inspection issues. Permit expired. Owner refuses to provide insurance information. Water poured into our home, had to have our interior walls removed, mold remediated, and floors will need to be ripped up from water leaks from sliders and doors. 2 days After hurricane Helene-they came up with a new policy of $250 assessment fee-credit card needed before they even came out. There was no fee when I had them come out several days before hurricane-not Happy with their ethics.
Great to get roof installed, once installed if you have any issues expect to be ghosted. You shouldn’t get water damage from a new roof, IF it’s installed right.
i purchased a dump truck from this company and ive been trying for 2 months now to get the lein thats on the title lifted ive made endless calls and left endless messages even tried reaching out to the owner jake via face book and i keep getting no answers. maybe this will get it resolved.
