Everytime we had a question he either answered the phone or responded quickly. He was very helpful through the whole process, and I have no complaints. He is also upbeat and nice which is always a plus.
Took too long. Not very organized. John did the best he could and I appreciated his help in so many ways

John kept in contact with me almost everyday. I never had to contact him myself to find out what was going on. Even if I called with a question and he was unable to answer he would always call back. John is great at what he does.
