My experience was very positive. Very professional explained my procedure and answered all of my questions. Made me feel very comfortable and his assisting staff was great.

Never ever spoke to. Had to see his PA, which was rude. The whole ordeal with GIS was very bad. Right hand didn’t know what the left was doing. The whole office is poorly managed. Then on to my procedure. He canceled procedure. So that tell me he didn’t look T to morning of procedure. He sent a nurse to tell he canceled procedure. Never once saw him. 4 days later his PA called to reschedule procedure. I did not reschedule procedure. I declined to reschedule procedure. I done not recommend GIS to anyone. very little contact with doctor. my colon by rectum was cut and got infected. I tried to contact Dr Provenza and he never called me back. He performs the colonoscopy but you never see him before or after the procedure. I ended up going to another doctor to treat infection
