I have to admit I was quite nervous when I arrived for my appointment, however the staff was very welcoming and extremely competent. From the moment I entered the examination room I felt at ease. (Which for me, was amazing) and from there the whole procedure (a tooth extraction) went very smoothly. I can only say that something that could have been very unpleasant was much easier then I had built up in my imagination.
