I have to admit I was quite nervous when I arrived for my appointment, however the staff was very welcoming and extremely competent. From the moment I entered the examination room I felt at ease. (Which for me, was amazing) and from there the whole procedure (a tooth extraction) went very smoothly. I can only say that something that could have been very unpleasant was much easier then I had built up in my imagination. I tried to go to this Dr. He was recommended to me. Cant tell you how he is , because once I called the office the lady that took my call was unwilling to help. Dint want to call the insurance company, I explained what I was going for . Dint really cared to explain any of the procedures. Or offered to speak to someone regarding what i was inquiring about. I called twice hoped to get a different person but no luck. I expect front office to be helpful.

All they want is to tell you how much you owe. Don’t participate with any insurance, yet will bill as a courtesy after you pay in full. Not going back!!!
