After my 2nd visit I had worse pain than when I went in. I tried to call the office to get back in immediately. My pain was severe enough I was worried the procedure performed had done damage. No one answered the phone at the office even though I’d just been there an hour before. No one returned my messages that day, or the next, or the next. I would have given him and his office only 1 or 0 stars but he has at least one good nurse. Immediately after my 2nd visit for a nerve block I had horrible pain. I tried several times to call his office and all I ever got was an answering machine. Worse than having more pain than when I went to his office was not knowing what damage was done, how long it would last or how I might fix it. I didn’t hear from anyone in his office for days after. Went in for pain shot in neck between c-3 & c4. Very vague conversation. We will take care of you. He gave me a shot in back at th4 instead. I'm still trying to get info on why. Nothing wrong with back at point of shot.. very confused and wondering why I spent 3 months with X-ray and MRI on neck.. if no answers today, I will get them.
