Do not EVER make the mistake of working with this company for your transaction. They are a homebuyer, seller, and realtors worst nightmare. They offered a low interest rate which enticed my client to choose them to begin with but they did NOT honor it. When you have a deadline to meet they will ensure you do not meet it. When you need information or answers they will make every effort not to respond in a timely, considerate, or professional manner.
