Although there were some initial speed bumps in coordinating our loan with John, it was essentially a product of us not understanding the breadth and scope of the federal requirements for transparency and seasoned funds for our investment purchase. Once those requirements were explained and we met in person to review the necessary documentation, it all went well. In the end, John had all the right answers to get our loan approved and the mortgage secured.
